What we do:
5Pound5 Theatre were set up to give a platform to regional voices and to those voices that are often not heard or understood through the use of high quality theatre which is both truthful and entertaining.
We aim to present dynamic work that is clear, thought-provoking and engaging.
We want the voice in our work to be authentic, distinctive and above all passionate.

Who we are:
5Pound5 Theatre are made up of director Scott Le Crass and playwright Leon Fleming.

Our achievements:
In the few years that 5Pound5 Theatre has been active we have created three original productions, embarked on two tours, a West End run, a London fringe run, been co-commissioned by a regional producing hub, garnered several award nominations, received a barrage of five and four star reviews, made work in aid of Amnesty International UK and worked with Sir Ian McKellen.
And that's just the start. We have several exciting plans for the future as 5Pound5 Theatre moves out of infant-hood.
